UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) has announced that its virtual 研讨会Lite will return on March 28, the week after the in-person TLT研讨会.
The half-day event will feature four 30-minute, prerecorded presentations followed by 15-minute, live facilitated discussions with presenters. The presentations will be a mix of new material and repeated presentations from the TLT研讨会, allowing participants to continue exploring how technology can enhance teaching and learning.
“Participants and presenters at last year’s 研讨会Lite had great things to say about the experience. We’re excited to bring back the event this year. While it occurs after the in-person event, it’s still a great way to participate in the symposium from a distance, with high-quality presentations and real-time conversations,” TLT Senior Director Crystal Ramsay said.

The presentations showcased are:
- 1–1:45 p.m. — “Enabling Participation in Race, Ethnicity and Culture Discussions,” presented by Jodi Gill, lecturer in administration of justice, Penn State Beaver, and Jessie Driver, instructional designer, TLT
- 1:45–2:30 p.m. — “Changing Student Perception Regarding AI Application–SoTL Perspective,” presented by Subhadra Ganguli, assistant professor of business, Penn State Lehigh Valley
- 2:30–3:15 p.m. — “Open Pedagogy in ART197 (Art of Mathematics) – Student generated new knowledge shared via Wikipedia Content,” presented by Larry Musolino, assistant teaching professor of mathematics, Penn State Lehigh Valley
- 3:15–4 p.m. — “Hear Me Out: Podcasting Pedagogy and the 21st Century Student,” presented by Liz Keptner, lecturer in communications, Penn State Lehigh Valley, 安德鲁·巴尔, 电视录像制作人, Penn State Lehigh Valley
